😎 Airport Arrival Ahlan “VIP” Service

This is an Exclusive VIP service (optional). Cairo Airport Passenger Services ensures a swift, smooth, safe passage through Cairo International Airport formalities on Arrival and Departure. Book at least 24 hours in advance by clicking here!

• Cairo Airport Passenger Services Representative will be holding a welcome sign including the guests name.
• The guest is then accompanied through the various security checkpoints, visa upon arrival (if required), passport control, immigration, customs, and luggage collection.
• Depending on the arrangements, the representative will escort you to the arrivals area, vehicle, or family members awaiting your arrival.
• VIP service includes:
  • Do all formalities
  • Claim luggage
  • Give access to VIP lounges (departure & arrival)
• VIP service should include:
  • Provide a private car (from airplane to building)
  • Take you to duty free, currency exchange office, Vodafone sim card booth
• Do not pay until you have received all services above
  • 150 USD for foreigners and 750 EGP for Egyptians

🛬 Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport

• Exchange only 50 USD in airport to minimize exposure to higher-than-usual rates.

• If someone helps you carry a bag or attempts to assist you, they expect some tips in return - please stop them immediately unless you are willing to tip them ~5-10 EGP pounds each. Bear in mind, you will not have much change on hand (do not waste change, you’ll need it). Check Egyptian currency denominations below.

• Pick up a Vodafone/Etisalat/Orange SIM card at the airport. They have “tourist bundle” packages which are pretty straight forward and are laid below. I recommend the Vodafone 500 EGP package! After grabbing a local mobile sim, testing by calling Ihab’s number.
