Ihab and I worked together on an internal Steering Committee charged with providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the development and rollout of a new Management Information System across our organization. I had a chance to work with Ihab for a very short period. Ihab has had been a pleasure to work with. Working alongside him over a period of three years changed my views and methods regarding project and operations management. He brought a structural and systematic approach towards managing educational projects, relevant data and information and team’s performance. Soon after taking up his role at the Together project at EAA, he identified the need of and developed in-house systems and structures to standardize and monitor the operations. He was able to customize application management system and processes to the minutest detail whilst considering the unique cases that the project may encounter in the given educational contexts. His intent and eagerness to built perfect systems, structures, presentations and what ever he laid his hands on while his stay at EAA, has proven contagious to all he has worked with. This amazing critical thinker is an amazing colleague. Always willing to help, is a creative and innovative problem solver. Digs in and applies focus that is unique. While I had only limited occasions to work directly with Ihab, but it really gave me enough insights to know his working style and knowing him as an individual.
